Fees, Payment, Cancellation and Refund

- Fees & Pricing
1.1. The fees for services provided on SwyftLink Errands Services are determined based on factors such as type of service, urgency, complexity, delivery locations and any additional requests.
1.2. All pricing is displayed upfront and a quote is sent to you for confirmation and approval before commencement of a task execution. Additional charges may apply for extra services, or special requests.
1.3. Fees, rates and charges are subject to change, and we may, in our sole discretion, amend or modify the applicable fees, rates or charges at any time. However, once you confirm and approve the quote with price, the agreed price will not change unless modifications are made to the request.
1.4 For the avoidance of doubt, Taxes and surcharges (including but not limited to any government service tax that may be applicable) will be clearly outlined at checkout. You shall be responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes, duties, or levies (“Tax”) related to your services.
- Payments
2.1. Customers are required to make payments through our available payment methods, including but not limited to mobile money, or direct bank transfers.
2.2. Payments must be completed before the service is executed unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific service agreements. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed terms.
2.3. A successful payment confirmation will be sent via email or SMS upon transaction completion.
2.4. For transactions involving escrow services, funds must be deposited with us before the transaction is initiated. Funds will be released upon confirmation of service completion by both parties.
2.5. We do not store or process sensitive payment information directly on the website.
2.6. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. Customers may retry payment or choose an alternative method.
- Cancellations
- 3.1. Customers may cancel an order within a specific timeframe, as outlined below: – Standard Errands: Can be canceled up to 30 minutes before the scheduled service time. – Express Services: Non-refundable once confirmed, unless an exception is granted due to unforeseen circumstances.
- 3.2. Cancellations requested beyond the stipulated time frame may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the service fee or the full amount, depending on the nature of the service.
- 3.3. If a service provider has already started executing the order, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
- 3.4. The company reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds
- 4.1. Refunds are only applicable in cases where the service was not rendered due to provider unavailability, cancellation by the company, or an unsatisfactory service outcome verified by our support team.
- 4.2. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used.
- 4.3. Partial refunds may be granted in cases where a portion of the service was completed, but the full scope was not fulfilled.
- 4.4. Customers must submit a refund request within 24 hours of service completion along with relevant proof (if applicable).
- 4.5. No refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences if the service was performed as per the agreed terms.
- Disputes & Chargebacks
- 5.1. If a customer disputes a charge, they must first contact customer support for resolution before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
- 5.2. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from using our services, and legal action may be pursued.
- 5.3. The company will provide evidence of service completion and relevant records to the payment processor in case of a dispute.

By using our services, customers agree to the above terms. These terms are subject to change, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them periodically.
