Acceptable Use Policy

This SwyftLink Errands Services Acceptable Use Policy forms a part of SwyftLink Errands Services’ Terms of Service (the “Terms”).  This Acceptable Use Policy establishes additional conditions that apply to your use of the Platform.  In using the services provided by SwyftLink Errands Services on https://errands.swyftlink.com/ (the “Website“), you agree not to:

  1. Violate any law, statute or regulation;
  2. Infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any party, including but not limited to SwyftLink Errands Services;
  3. Engage in money laundering activities;
  4. Engage in gambling activities;
  5. Engage in any immoral activity or potentially immoral activity, including but not limited to prostitution and pornography;
  6. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  7. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, misrepresent, mislead or otherwise violate the rights (such as, but not limited to, rights of privacy, confidentiality, reputation, and publicity) of others, including SwyftLink Errands Services’ staff or Partners;
  8. Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
  9. Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any content, information, files that contain software or other materials that infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity of SwyftLink Errands Services or any other User or third party, or which are profane, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, indecent or otherwise unlawful, including content that is likely to offend, insult or humiliate others based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability;
  10. Engage in potentially fraudulent, suspicious or illegal activity and/or transactions;
  11. Send unsolicited emails to SwyftLink Errands Services or third parties;
  12. Disclose or distribute another User’s personal information to a third party, or use such information for marketing purposes without the express consent of that User;
  13. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on SwyftLink Errands Services’ infrastructure;
  14. Upload files or scripts or any content to the Websites that contains viruses, or that may or are designed to damage, copy, lockout or take control of the Platform or any User’s computer, such as Trojan horses, corrupt files, SQL injections, worms, timebombs, cancelbots or any other files or software;
  15. Engage in, nor cause other Users to engage in, spamming, phishing, improper, malicious or, in SwyftLink Errands Services’ absolute discretion, fraudulent clicking, impressions or marketing activities relating to the Websites;
  16. In SwyftLink Errands Services’ absolute discretion, reflect poorly on or tarnish the reputation of SwyftLink Errands Services;
  17. Modify, adapt, reformat, recompile, transmit, publish, license, reverse engineer, disassemble, reconstruct, decompile, copy or create derivative works of, transfer or sell any services on the Websites or part thereof, including source codes or algorithms, except as expressly authorised by SwyftLink Errands Services’ in writing, or to the extent permitted by law;
  18. Remove, alter, or misuse, visually or otherwise deface, any copyrights, trademarks or proprietary marks or rights owned by SwyftLink Errands Services and Affiliates;
  19. Use any automation software, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to access, crawl or collect from SwyftLink Errands Services’ services; and
  20. Use any unauthorized third party software that intercepts, “mines” or otherwise collects information from or through SwyftLink Errands Services
  21. Use the Platform or use or perform the Task services in violation of the Agreement;
  22. Use the Platform or use or perform the Task services in any manner or for any purpose (1) other than as expressly set out in the Agreement (including, but not limited to, any journalistic, academic, investigative or unlawful purpose), (2) that is unauthorized or illegal (including, but not limited to, posting or performing a Task in violation of local, state, provincial, national, or international law), (3) that is false or misleading (whether directly or by omission or failure to update information), or (4) to access or obtain SwyftLink Errands Services’ trade secret information (or attempt to do so);
  23. Post or upload any content to the Platform (1) that is offensive and/or harmful (including, but not limited to, content that advocates, endorses, condones or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any individual or group of individuals, or that exploits people in an abusive, violative or sexual manner), or (2) for which you have not obtained the necessary rights and permissions;
  24. Post the same Task repeatedly (“spamming”);
  25. Use a robot, spider, manual, meta tag, “hidden text,” agent, script, and/or automatic processes or devices to data-mine, data-crawl, scrape, collect, mine, republish, redistribute, transmit, sell, license, download, manage or index the SwyftLink Errands Services Platform, or the electronic addresses or personal information of others, in any manner;
  26. Frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose all or any portion of the Platform;
  27. Hack or interfere with the Platform, its servers or any connected networks;
  28. Adapt, alter, license, sublicense or translate the Platform for your own personal or commercial use;
  29. Solicit for any other business, website or service, or otherwise contact Users for employment, contracting or any purpose , not permitted by the Agreement;
  30. Collect usernames, email addresses, or other personal information of Users by electronic or other means;
  31. Attempt to circumvent the payments system, or service charge in any way (including, but not limited to, making or processing payments for Tasks outside of the Platform, providing inaccurate information on invoices, or otherwise invoicing in a fraudulent manner);
  32. Provide false identities and inaccurate information (including using a false or disposable email or phone number);
  33. Use tools with the goal of masking your IP address;
  34. Copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from the SwyftLink Errands Services’ Platform without SwyftLink Errands Services’ express prior written consent, and/or if applicable, the consent of the holder of the rights to the User Generated Content;
  35. Use any artificial intelligence technologies to impersonate another person or User; or submit any part of the Platform (including, without limitation, any SwyftLink Errands Services’ information) into any artificial intelligence technologies.
